Menindaklanjuti surat Sekretaris Daerah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta nomor 051/1634 tanggal 25 Februari 2015, perihal Rangkaian Kegiatan Pisowanan Agung Brand Baru DIY dan hasil rapat koordinasi tanggal 3 Februari 2015, bersama ini disampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut :
- Menggerakkan pemilik toko yang berada di jalan-jalan utama di wilayahnya masing-masing untuk menghias toko dengan logo dan tagline baru "JOGJA ISTIMEWA" (contoh dapat didownload pada website www.johjaprov.go.id).
- Menggerakkan masyarakat di wilayahnya masing-masing untuk menghias gapura-gapura dengan logo dan tagline baru "JOGJA ISTIMEWA"
- Menggerakkan masyarakat di wilayahnya masing-masing mengadakan kerja bakti/gotong royong massal pada hari Minggu, 8 Maret 2015.
Untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut, masing-masing kecamatan akan mendapat bantuan berupa cat yang digunakan untuk menghapus coret-coret/vandal.
